The Role

This is a standalone, hands-on HR leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team. As HR Manager, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end HR function
  • Act as a key advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters
  • Drive global people projects with a focus on engagement, leadership development, and process optimisation

About You

You are a mid-senior level HR leader with experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You bring:
  • A strong background as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence at the executive level
  • A broad generalist HR skillset spanning talent, engagement, L&D, employee relations, performance management & change management
  • Experience working with or reporting into international/global structures
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect across all levels of the business
