This role will see you partnering with leaders in Retail Operations or Supply Chain & Manufacturing, providing strategic HR support and driving key people initiatives.
About the Role
As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. You will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, supporting talent management, and ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and coaching to leaders on engagement, performance, and talent.
- Champion a health, safety, and well-being culture across the organisation.
- Drive best practice in employee relations and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with awards and enterprise agreements.
- Support organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Lead or contribute to key people projects that enhance business performance and employee experience.
About You
- Experience as a People Business Partner, or similar role within retail, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- EA exposure advantageous
- Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders while balancing operational needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
