About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, proactively sourcing both active and passive candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and understand hiring needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.
  • Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct phone screenings and first-round interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and engaging communication.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
About You
  • Previous experience in internal talent acquisition.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, and direct talent attraction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of quality principles and process improvement is desirable.
